I Have Had Right Side Adominal Pain For Several Months

I have had right side adominal pain for several months along with right side neck pain with a full feeling in my right ear. My blood pressure has gone up and i sometimes feel dizzy. I've had every blood work test you can imagine and all have come back good. My aldosterone level was slightly elevated went to a kidney specialist and he fou d nothing. I've also have had test for my gallblader , ct scan on my abdomen, head and back and all came back normal except they found I have an enlarged retovertive uterus. They think my uterus could be the cause of my lower pain but it doesn't explain why I have pain by my belly button and numbness in my right of neck and fullness in my ear. I can literally drew a line down the center right side where all my pain is. The left side is perfectly fine. Why am I feeling this way? Its effecting my Dailey life and work.
