I Have Had Severe Back Pain In Lower Hip Area

I have had severe back pain in lower hip area and between shoulder blades. Also have headache constantly. I got a rash when I took pain med tamadol. So I stopped. Went today like 5 days later and they said. Have shingles. Can this be whatscausing my back pain?
