I have had some strange pressure in my upper right quadrant. Sometimes it hurts, but it is usually just uncomfortable. I have had my gallbladder removed about 5 and a half years ago, so it's not that. I was constipated for about 4 or 5 days and unable to basically have a bowl movement at all and I thought that might have been the issue, until I finally was able to go and it was diarrhea, it looked like urine. It was yellow and clear. Like I passed straight bile. After that I was able to have a few bowel movements but the stool was still a little yellowish and clay like. Since then I have had random bouts of nausea that occur when I bend over or lean forward for a period of time. I don't know what is going on.
