I have had stomach issues for about a year. Feels like something died inside of me. I have constant tummy aches. Just about every morning I get diarrhea and by noon it is gone. It doesn't matter if I eat or not. Could long term taking Tylenol pm or diet sodas cause this? Had my gall bladder taken out 20 years ago. Thanks for any help.
