I Have Had Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Neck For

I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for a few months. It started weeks back with a series of very painful migraines. Along with a bad tooth pain on a tooth which has a cavity and it bad condition. The tooth pain and migraines have all together stopped since then but I now have a constant feeling of disorientation and lack of balance. I feel very mentally aware but I can't seem to get my eyes to catch up to my brain so to speak. And my lymph nodes are still swollen and have allergic like symptoms even though I've never had problems with allergies. And I am now struggling with constant stiffness and discomfort in my back and neck and feel like it's all related. I am only 25 but I do smoke as well. The constant disorientation is by far the most terrifying part of it all. And don't know what action to take next or the severity of the problem.
