I have had two lumps in the back of my throat for close to a year now. One behind the uvula and one behind my tonsil. They slowly seem to have grown over time. They sometimes cause irritation and feel dry but do not hurt to the touch. Also the lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen on once side for maybe three weeks now. I'm only 19 so people are quick to say it's nothing and not take me to the doctor, should I take the initiative or is it probably nothing.
