I Have Had Two Major Surgeries To Fuse My L4-L5

I have had two major surgeries to fuse my L4-L5 lumbar spine. I have confirmed with a meylogram that I have permanent sciatic nerve damage from the first surgery... I suffer from bursitis and severe sciatic pain in my lower back, right buttocks and running down my right leg front and back and sometimes my foot... I am so frustrated because I have not found anything that alleviates the pain. The cronic pain seems to be getting worse since my last lumbar corrective surgery...
I am trying to function with this however it seems daunting to spend the next 30 years of my life in this condition. Is there anything invasive or a more radical approach? I've been offered a spinal stimulator but the trial was miserable so I'm apposed to having it implanted. I have a TENS unit but it does not help.
I have had 4 spinal injections, opioids, stretching and very painful long walks.. I need a miracle..
