I Have Had Unprotected Gay Oral Sex With A Stranger

I have had unprotected gay oral sex with a stranger about a month ago. I few days ago i noticed a smooth flat bump on the shaft of my penis. smaller than the end of a pencil and skin colored. It is painless and I have had no fever etc. it's not itchy or moist, although I do have jock itch which I am treating. Another smaller bump appeared a few days later in the same area as the first. At the same time I got an infected hair follicle at the base of my penis which I popped and pus came out. The other two won't pop. Neither of the bumps has a cauliflower appearance and they are only really apparent when my penis is erect. I've been doing a lot of excerize lately and thought it was just infected follicles which I am quite prone to. But now I am worried because they won't pop and don't hurt.
