I Have Had What I Believe To Be The Flu

I have had what I believe to be the flu for one week. Sunday, I thought I was better. I felt much better. Monday I relapsed and felt worse than ever. Barely ate or drank on Monday. This am I woke up and within 5 minutes of being out of bed, I passed out and hit my head on something. My head was bleeding and is bruised and I'm sore from the fall. I drank tons of water today and no longer feel faint. I am still very weak and haven't really left my bed. At what point do I see the doctor? I feel like there really isn't anything to be done except fluids and rest, but passing out scared me.
