I Have Had What Appears To Be A Sty. It

I have had what appears to be a sty. It has drained twice in a week, however I have a red lump next to my lower lash line. I have been using hot compresses but I am not seeing a lot of improvement. It was sore 7 days ago but is not sore now. Any ideas on how to sped up the healing?
