I have high blood pressure. It has been fine until a few days ago, it shot up to over 200/107 for 3 days with what felt like swollen glands or a pulled muscle in my neck. I took 200mg labetalol tabs until it came down (3 tabs in 3 hrs) for 3 days straight the last 2 days it has been fine. This a.m. I had what looks like a blood blister on an old injury (stitches) on a vein in my neck? Did it burst or is it a pimple or something?
