I have high blood pressure-usually controlled by my two blood pressure medications but not lately. I am doing nothing different, in fact eating less and 30 min of exercise, drinking water etc. But my blood pressure has been unusually high. I have had low potassium in the past for some reason, and feel fatiqued and have headaches. I am going to go to an urgent care place tomorrow but want to know if their is something really wrong with me.
