I Have Intermittent Red Skin Bloches That Keep Reappering On

I have intermittent red skin bloches that keep reappering on the same parts of my body. Areas are; One side of my crotch, on the front part of both under arms, a couple spots on one of my arms, on my back and behind one knee. These blotches are somewhat sensetive to heat, eg. While taking a bath or hot shower. I have had this condition for several years and I saw a dermatologist about 10 years ago about it but he was unable to tell me what causes this condition even after taking a biopsey from an enfected area. I live in B.C and am visiting family in Edmonton until Jan. 2nd. I wonder if any of your doctors can give me some ideal as to what my condition may be caused by. The blotches last for about a week before eventually dispearing. Thanks.
