I Have Invasive Aspergillosis Pneumonia, I Have Taken Voriconazole For

I have invasive Aspergillosis pneumonia, I have taken voriconazole for six months with some (small)improvement. Doctor has taken me off of the drug until I see her on the 19th of November. On the CT scan it shows also mildly enlarged subcarinal node. The only information I could find on the subcarinal node is that it is enlarged when there is lung cancer, which to my knowledge I do not have. Does this mean anything with aspergillosis?
