sir, i am a diabetic patient. and i have itchiness in my scrotum . and when i apply gentalin-plus cream it will gone. but when i stop applying cream the itching is return. so what is the accurate treatment for this itchiness

in diabites chronic itching is common.
it seems that you might have dermatitis or fungal infection over scrotum.
apply anti fungal cream or any moisturizing cream.
take tablet cetrizine as and when required.
