I Have Just Been Diagnosed With RA And Sjogrens Disease.

I have just been diagnosed with RA and sjogrens disease. I tested positive for the specific antibodies, but when the RA doctor asked me about typical symptoms for both of these diseaes, I do not have ANY of them except severe fatigue and pain in hips and shoulder. Watery eyes and no dry mouth. If not for the blood work and high WBC for at least the lat 5 years, no one would have ever guessed I have these including the doctor. How can I have the exact oposite symptoms for these?
