I have just had a myomectomy.
It is almost 4 weeks post op and I have an inch and half unhealed area by incision. It frequently gushes clear bright yellow fluid. It does not want to heal. I also have some labored breathing. Doctor says the swab came back negative for infection. I am on Clav. antiobiotics 4x a day.
My doctor is considering private wound care which can be expensive.
What is your opinion of why it is not healing?
