I Have Just Started Taking Spironolactone To Help With Blood

I have just started taking spironolactone to help with blood pressure, A-fib and mainly because it is supposed to help slow down sebacious gland. I have a severe case of cystic acne that requires Bactrim to control and I want to eventually get off antibiotics completely. I started on this med in the beginning of July and still have seen no decrease in oil. Do you have an average time it takes to affect the gland?
