I have just went to a transvaginal test and here's the result. I cannot ask my obgyne yet since she'll be coming back by next week.

Normalized anteverted uterus
Thickened endometrial stripe, likely in secretory phase
Negative adnexae
Minimal posterior cul de sac fluid

I am married. My husband and I want to have our baby the soonest.

Is there something that I should be bothered about in the above listed results?
