I Have Left Testicle Removed Due To Hernia Surgery Last

I have left testicle removed due to hernia surgery last Dec. I have had another hernia repair on right side 2 months ago. since the surgery I have had pain ranging from ache to double over pain that goes all the way into my stomach. They don't why they have done CAT, ultra sound, pain shot in the testicle which last only 2days and my testosterone was 270 so they have me on testosterone shots. I'm 46 years old what do I do?????? Nerve medications due nothing along with pain medications. Also I can't left more than a gallon of milk before pain starts to increase. Would having the right testicle removed and taking care of the nerves that are ache would take away the pain?
