There are various reasons for lichen planus in mouth most common being a dental filler .It can be treated effectively .There are medicines like oral dapsone to topical creams like tacrolimus which gives good result.If dental filler is the cause then kindly get that replaced. kindly let me know what treatment you have taken earlier and where you belong to.

there are various causes for lichen planus. Amongst herbal remedies we recommend gargles with turmeric and application of shatdhaut ghrit this is prepared just by washing home made makhan 100 times with water. Avoid constipation. Internally take gandhak rasayan, karpooradi vati, haridra khand and sat giloya.

up till now u must be very well aware about the causes , medications n course of the lichen planus , but will just like to add up by suggesting you that though it a very curable disorder but the relapse may follow up if its not been cured, so better start up with Homoeopathic medications which will cure the disease from the root cause .
