I Have Linear Morphea At Age 5 On My Left

I have linear morphea at age 5 on my left leg and my back which has also resulted in growth abnormality on that leg with it being smaller. The condition has stabilized for years. However since age 28, there are signs of new pigments. Now am age 34, and I am beginning to seeing presence of linear morphea on my right leg with patch of pigment developing. Is this normal? As in for linear morphea to be active again?
