I have little painful swelling under my tongue, for about 2 weeks.
When I look it almost looks life little fish eggs following the lines under my tongue. It feels like canker sores. It's on the bottom of my mouth and along my frenulum and along either side of my frenulum. It looks like little threads hanging off, about 2 mm long each with little white fish red looking things.

What is wrong? Should I just swish with salt or go to the doctor?
