I Have Multiple Things Going On At Once. Right Thumb

I have multiple things going on at once. Right thumb hurts, pain up my arm into my neck....lower back hurts, between shoulder blades,had kidney stones in July 4, finally passed after 8 hours of pain, then had another stone end of august that passed in about 10 minutes. My whole back and body never quit hurting. Wake up hurting every day. I know you probably want give me a answer. Thought I'd try.
