I Have Neck Pain And Difficulty Swallowing. Sometimes I Choke

I have neck pain and difficulty swallowing. Sometimes I choke on my saliva. The first issues I had and still have is difficulty with walking when I first wake up. I have numbness and tingling in both my arms and legs. I also have issues with cramping of my feet and my calves and muscle spasms in my legs, thighs, glutes, back and chest. I have hypothyroidism and gastroparesis. I was also in a major car accident in 1999 and in 2007 in which I had a compression fracture in my L1. My doctors looked at MS but my MRI's are normal. I also have joint pain in my fingers and toes but my RA factor is normal. I also get hot suddenly for no reason and feel faint. I don't know who to see next or what it might be and need to know where to go next. This has been going on for over a year and I don't know what to do.
