I Have New, Patchy Opacities On My Right Lower Lung,

I have new, patchy opacities on my right lower lung, according to a recent MRI. I am a Triple Negative Breast cancer survivor since 2007-8 double mastectomy. One oncologist told me to make a 'bucket list.' I am experiencing gasping for breath at times. My cancer has metastasized to various lymph nodes, causing total left arm/hand paralysis; and metastasized to my liver and 2 lower spine vertebrae. WHAT may the opacities in my lower right lung be....
