I Have No Money, No Family, Not Anything I Have

I have no money, no family, not anything I have absolutely nothing or anyone and that is why I am not able to see a doctor until my job actually starts and my insurance kicks in. And that is why I am desperate for advice or answers bc something is wrong and I do not know what. I have no one else to turn to or ask. I am an orphan trying to make it in a world by myself. I'm not complaining I am just explaining. I am a full time college student with a five year old. I just wrecked my car and it is almost Christmas. Just because I do have it rough and don t have what most people take for granted does not mean I am any less important I was just dealt a bad deck of cards. I don't wine I am not asking for sympathy, all I want is and opinion of what I should do until I am able to get to the doctor. I am not good at asking for help, but something is wrong I know it and I took time to do all of this swallowed my pride just to get hit at the end that the only way I could receive that help is to pay $15, $15 I do not have. You are a doctor who has plenty of money instead of caring for the sickly like you started off doing now you are just ripping people like off. Because we are not as important to help as the ones who have money.

Last year I had an abnormal pap smear done and was supposed to be retested in November. However, I missed my appointment and will not be able to have another one for another month or two. Well here recently, I have been having symptoms of a possible yeast infection. I've not ever been diagnosed with one, so I did research to eliminate the possibilities of what was wrong. The having an yeast infection seems the most probable, so I invested in Monistat 7 so I could treat it. But now I'm unsure about it bc I might possibly have HPV of some sort, not sure which or even that I do, but after reading, I sought that my symptoms seem to match a yeast infection and having HPV. My problem is in a yeast infection the vaginal discharge is said to have the same consistency as cottage cheese and no odor. My discharge is not normal to what it usually is but it does not look anything remotely close to cottage cheese and it does have some sort of unpleasant odor which coincides a little more with the HPV virus. So I am unsure of whether or not using the Monistat 7 will be beneficial or pointless. Thank you so much in advance.
