I Have Not Ever Been Allergic To Anything Before. Male

I have not ever been allergic to anything before. Male 54, not one to run to the doctor all the time. Had a full blood screen about 2 1/2 yrs ago, my doctor made no effort to alert me about the tests. About 6 mos ago, I developed a cough (not chronic) where I would cough uncontrollably to the point that I might pass out, this might occur once a week, but milder spells would occur about 3-4 times a day. No one else in the house has this condition, or anything like it. Went to the doctor, gave me steroid shot and prescribed singular and zertec along with prednisone. No affect to the condition. 30 days ago went back same condition, this time a lot of drainage from sinuses, yellowish not green, same treatment. This time the cough subsided, but continue to have drainage off and on. In the last week have developed a new condition, nasal passages are raw, trying to scab, but will not heal.
