I have notice 3 bb size hard lumps INSIDE my penis. Not near the skin or surface. Not painful. I can only tell they are there when I squeeze with my fingers. Two are very near where the shaft is attached to my groin and one about mid shaft. They feel to me like they are on the vessel running the length of the penis. How urgently should I have this examined? What is likely cause? Note, I have similar hard lumps under my skin on arms for 20 years, and had one removed and it was some type of benign cyst. Is this the same?
