I Have Numerous Symptoms, But I Think They Are All

I have numerous symptoms, but I think they are all related. I have had chronic joint pain, headaches and fatigue for a number of years. I've had my thyroid tested and iron levels, which were both normal. The advice was just to eat better and get more exercise. but now I am at the point where I can barely get out of bed each day. My headaches are almost daily. My joint pain limits my daily activities. and my fatigue is unbarable. Someone suggested I might have Lymes Disease or hypothyroidism. How can I find out?
