I Have Ongoing Roseacea (sp) On My Nose And Cheeks

I have ongoing roseacea (sp) on my nose and cheeks but now I have a rash on my chin and around the nose at the naso-labial folds-the rash has a few pustules that recur and the rash itself does not respond when application of the roseacea topical (finacea) is applied-just seems to make it worse.
