I Have Osteoarthritis In My Spine And I Have Severe

I have osteoarthritis in my spine and i have severe pain that hurts me constantly, meaning that the pain does not ever go away. I am thinking that my pain is caused by the sacraolic joint because i have shooting pain that radiates from my right hip sometimes halfway down or all the way down to my knee of my right thigh. Could this pain be caused by a pinched nerve from the sacraolic joint?
