I Have Pain Every Time I Yawn Only On My

I have pain every time I yawn only on my rt. Side of my neck for 5 months. I found I have hypothyroidism and have been on generic Synthroid for two yrs. also had V-D divifiency for two yrs. levels are ok now. Also have nodule on Lt. Side that hasn't changed via sonogram . Do u know why th rt side hurts a lot when I yawn
