I have pain in my left shoulder, and at the time it felt as though a lump was moving around in the back of my back and down to the lower part of the left side of my under are also I am experiencing a tingling sensation in my thumb and the two fingers next to my thumb. At one time the pain and tingling sensation went all throughout my left arm.
