I have pain in my leg below the knee, on the left side of my leg running down to the ankle. There has been no accident or injury. On the other side of the leg I have a bulging varicose vein that bothered me a few days ago, but this is entirely different. I have fibromyalgia and am wondering if it is that, but this is so centralized in this one area. It was so painful today that I thought I should go to the emergency hospital. What should I do?
