I have pain in the middle of my chest since yesterday night it started 10 min after I started eating my dinner and it also radiates to my upper back. I still have the pain today but less. I just finished my dinner again and it starter alittle bit hurting and the pain also radiated to my upper back across my shoulders. I don't seem to have heart attack symtoms but I do suffer with Acid Reflux disease for 14 years now I take Pontoprozole on and off when needed. I think I might have esophagus bruising but would that make the pain radiate to my upper back after each meal? Also forgot to mention I just developed a major panic disorder with anxiety and that doesn't help my case much either. Please help me I feel so helpless now!!!
