I Have Painless White Bumps Across My Vermilion Border. They've

I have painless white bumps across my vermilion border. They've been here for more than three weeks and have been growing. They've never been painful, and some are bigger than others. I can count 12 total across both sides of my upper lip. They also haven't been itchy or tingly. There might have been twitching before a few times but I'm not sure if it was due to these. You can't see them if you're not up super close. I've been very stressed and worried, and I used to ice them a lot. I also put Aquafor on them. It did nothing. Please help. I'm not able to go to the dermatologist soon. I think they're getting bigger and that more are appearing. Also, none are super close together/touching. Thank you, please help.
