I Have Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation Treated With Atenolol 50 Mg

I have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with atenolol 50 mg twice a day, pradaxa 150mg twice a day and I also take Amlodipine 2.5 mg daily for high blood pressure. My EP just added cardizem Sr. 120mg to help slow my heart rate during the AF episodes. The Pharmacist refused to fill the prescription until she checks with the doctor's office. Should I be worried about taking all these meds together?
