I Have Primary Immunodeficiency An I Get A Sinus Infection

I have primary immunodeficiency an I get a sinus infection about every 3 months. Normally Azithromycin takes are it, but I took 2 rounds of it this time, an I’m still having problems! Do you think it’s not killing the bacteria, should I ask my immunologist to try a different antibiotic?
