I Have Problems With My Legs (varicose Veins) & Now

I have problems with my legs (varicose veins) & now i'm getting bulky bumps smaller than a dime size that look like mosquito bites (i know they are not) & if i put pressure they hurt/they are on my left leg near the ankle area i'm thinking its some type of ulcer, what do you think?
