I Have Purple Freckles In Genital Area. Is It Melanoma ?
Hello, I m a 20 yr old female and am not sexually active. I have found inside my vagina lips a few (3 maybe) purple freckles. The skin isn t raised or anything and I don t feel any discomfort and have never had any STI. Does anyone know what it could be? All I could find online for purple freckles was melanoma , but that seems a bit extreme. Any thoughts? Thanks!

read your prob, do not be worry ,such type of lesion appeare due to lucorrhea or UTI.
theycan be subsided gradually without any treatment. if they spread more then you should get CBC and complete urine analysis and discuss with ur doctor and get proper treatment.
