Freckles On The Nose. Due To Sun Exposure? Cancer Chances?

Hello I have a problem with my nose and basically what it looks like is this: I have freckles and strawberry blonde hair, on my nose I have freckles and in the centre there is pigmentation I think that is what it is, anyway on my nose I have freckles and in this one bit there are no freckles my family are assuming this is because of sun, do you know what this could lead up to or what it is? I understand that if I am not careful (by the way I'm 11) in the next few years it could turn into melanoma or non-melanoma cancer. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to HCM.
I dont think i understood your question,but freckles in your age arent caused by sun. This is usually geneticaly conditioned and it can be only more expressed when exposed to sun. SO this isnt abnromal to have freckles in differnet area in different times. And you should definitely avoid sun and use high factor antisun creams. But you shouldnt be concerned about melanomas and cancers.Just be relaxed and follow doctors recommendations. WIsh you good health.
