I Have Rash From Poison Ivy/oak/sumac From Nose To Toes

I have rash from poison ivy/oak/sumac from nose to toes ---literally. It's on my face, A little in my crotch & all over my body. I've been on oral prednisone for a week (front loading Rx.)which has provided some small relief. Topically I have used Rx. of Triamcinolone. I'm in the northwoods of MN without running water for bathing or laundry. I use rubbing alcohol w/ cotton swabs.but I'm desperate for more relief. What more can I do????
