I have really thick pubic hair and always get ingrown hairs on the base of my penis shaft. the hair grows up the shaft right under the head of the penis so I shave the top part of the shaft too. allot of times I get little skin colored or sometimes red bumps on the shaft of my penis (which Im assuming is ingrown hairs and clogged glands from shaving) my skin is really dark so I cant see the white head unless I squeeze really really hard. recently I have noticed one or two bumps a little larger than the others where my hair grows as i am a teen and growing more and more hair. The first time I noticed a little larger one I went to my doctor he examined it for about 30 seconds and said it was HPV. He froze it and a layer of my skin peeled off that day but the bump was still there. in about 3 days the bump was gone and a little white spot was left that looks like all the other white spots where my hair grows. Sometimes these larger bumps reoccur on the upper shaft. some I can pop a white head out but I cant tell if its white until it comes out because my skin is so dark. other times I am not able to pop them and they go away in about a week. is it possible that my doctor mis diagnosed me? are these little bumps on my shaft HPV or dirty pores. I have been seeing this girl who said she had a cyst in her uterus she claims the doctor said it was not HPV but girls my age lie ALL THE TIME. Im really confused and I automatically assume that every bump on my penis is HPV. The pimples and ingrown hairs on my penis, and pictures i found on the internet of HPV all look the same to me. They only show up one at a time never in clusters or anything incredibly large just a single skin colored bump. again my skin is dark so sometimes I see a white head, others I do not. please help
