I Have Recently Developed A Swollen Place In My Ankle

I have recently developed a swollen place in my ankle that is very tender with no broken skin and my calf on the other leg is swollen and painful. I have been diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and grew out of it to develop what one rheumatoligist says is Rheumatoid arthritis and one says is Psoriatic Arthritis. I asked my current doctor which one I have and his response was, what difference does it make they are treated the same. This has put me in search of a new doctor. I have lived with some form of autoimmune disease since I was nine years old. I am now 62. I recently went off of Enbrel while in search of a doctor that is in network for my insurance. Could this be the cause of my leg swellings. I am sure it is the cause of my joint pain.
