I Have Recently Developed Well-defined Swellings In My Parotid Glands

I have recently developed well-defined swellings in my parotid glands on both sides. I do have quite a bad TMJ problem, with associated bruxism, neck stiffness and tenderness, right ear problem and jaw clicking. The left condyle is a bit worn.
The cervical lymphatic glands, especially the left have also become very enlarged and tender at the same time as the parotids enlarged.
