I have recently had a allergic reaction to laundry detergent and had painful itches in my vaginal opening. Now today I discovered a painful bump on the hood of my clitoris . I am sexually active and don't know if it is a STD . or if not how to treat it for it is very painful to move . also my period was due days ago and there has been very little signs of blood but I haven't gotten my period still.
