I Have Recently Had An Ultrasound Of The Liver Due

I have recently had an ultrasound of the liver due to high liver enzymes. My gallbladder was remover 25 years ago. The results state that liver echoes are increased consistent with fatty infiltration with no secrete liver mass. Question mild hepatomegaly. There is no peri renal fluid collection and no free fluid in the right upper quadrant. Impression: 1. Findings suggest diffuse fatty infiltration liver which may be mildly enlarged. No focal liver mass. 2. Status post cholecystectomy no gross biliary dilation.

Can you explain this in laymans terms to me?
