I Have Recently Noticed Some Very Tiny Bumps On My Vulva

Hi there, I have a question, I am 23, I have recently noticed some very tiny bumps on my vulva, they are very tiny (maybe I shouldn't call them bumps at all, like little spots) and concentrated around the inner lips where the skin has wrinkles. I actually don t know what the normal skin of the area is supposed to look like and the pictures I have found online aren't helping so I am not sure if this is a medical condition or I am just being paranoid. The area is not itchy and does not feel abnormal in any way, I have never suffered from any problems in the area before (I am not even sexually active at the moment). I regularly use intimate wash gels and keep the area clean and every once in a while I even use a blow drier to let the skin get some air.

If you do not have any sort of problem in your vagina except little spots over the region you need not worry about it .They could be due to hormonal changes and could be considered as norma.Just observe that they do not increase in size or cause any disturbance to you.Check for discharges,keep proper hygiene,Do not use gels or any sort of application or drier to dry the skin ,it may cause some problems,
