I Have Recently Travelled To Pilbara - North West Australia

I have recently travelled to Pilbara - North west Australia - 3 weeks- huge season for wildflowers this , drove on many dusty roads, lots of sun - I developed a rash on my legs, arms, shoulders and chest, what I initially thought may have been sand flies or fleas, they developed into small lumps, scratching has caused the skin to bleed, I also have small lesions that keep appearing in my arms. Still very itchy 3weeks later, telfast 180mg daily does relieve a little, now using non soap products , but rash and itchiness still persisting , driving me crazy, please help Thank You
